The Admin Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational skill set, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Office Management:** Oversee daily office activities to ensure a productive work environment. This includes maintaining equipment and supplies and creating efficient filing systems.
- **Communication Coordination:** Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring information flows seamlessly between departments and stakeholders.
- **Scheduling & Calendar Management:** Organize meetings and appointments for management, optimizing schedules to accommodate various priorities.
- **Document Preparation:** Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested, requiring proficiency in MS Office applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records and databases, inputting data promptly and ensuring all information is up-to-date and secure.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The candidate should have 5 to 11 years of relevant experience in office administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment. A minimum educational qualification of a 12th pass is necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in MS Office applications is important for document preparation and data management.
