- Responsible for maintaining inventory levels by organizing and storing items in an efficient manner to ensure easy access and accurate stock checks.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all incoming and outgoing stock, including tracking stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies or damages to stock to prevent loss or theft.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of items to prevent damage or deterioration, following safety guidelines and procedures.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable to create a welcoming shopping environment for customers.
Skills and Expectations:
- Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage inventory and keep track of stock levels.
- Attention to detail to accurately record and report stock movements and discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet store targets and objectives.
- Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers, vendors, and team members effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and systems to support store operations effectively.
